There will be a 3.5km first class boardwalk promenade around the Marina Bay in the near future as part of the overall of some more than 11km of walkway around the Greater Bay Area. The residents at the Sail will be the lucky few to have the first class board walk right at their door step. In the next few years, the Marina Bay area will be very vibrant and will be a show case to the world when the Marina Bay Sands is up and running. Stay tuned....

The myth of living in the city.

Contrary to the belief that living in the city is expensive, the cost of food is actually cheaper in the city than other heartland in the HBD estates. I can quote examples where you still can get a glass of kopi-0 for sixty cents. The HDB heartland is charging seventy cents for a similar glass of kopi-0. You can still get decent meals for two Singapore dollars. All these are available in food centres like Golden Shoes Market, Telok Ayer and Maxwell Hawker and all these are situated right at the heart of the of the Business District. What more, MRT is right at the doorstep for most of the residential in the city making transport extremely convenient. City living – an exciting experience. You can feel the city heart beat.....
